East Anglian Sea School will be entering into the RORC Rolex Fastnet Race again in 2017.

Since 1999 over 150 people have taken part in the legendary ocean race with East Anglian Sea School. We have entered 18 boats and only had two retire.

Whether you have raced before, and want to use your skills to support the team, or have never sailed or raced before, and are keen to learn, you will gain a great deal from the programme.

The Fastnet package we offer includes training sessions on the ISAF racing crew qualification, First Aid and Sea Survival certificates, a briefing day to allocate crews to boats, two practice sessions, two RORC qualifying races & the Fastnet race itself.

If you like to be part of a winning team and have the drive to achieve personal goals, the Fastnet Race is a challenge you cannot miss.

The RORC Rolex Fastnet Race starts at Cowes on the Isle of Wight and continues towards the Fastnet Rock off the Southern tip of Ireland via Lands End, returning outside the Scilly Isles to finish at Plymouth.

You are responsible for making your own transport arrangements as required for the above programme. There may be opportunities to share travel costs with other crew members.
